Over the years, Gloucester Cathedral had built up a number of suppliers for different technology requirements across different departments. When Emily Shepherd took up post in 2015 it soon became obvious to her that none of the systems worked well or integrated with each other.
Emily says “Before Solutions 4 IT acquired our IT provider we had already realised that things needed to change. Don’t get me wrong, our old IT provider of 17 years was loyal and kept things going but we needed a more structured approach to meet modern needs.”
